The Waves of Change organizing meeting in Key West FL is a model for other communities to ogranize their own Blue Green City programs.

Sir Peter Anderson, Secretary General of the Conch Republic worked with Dr. David Randle, Managing Director of the Waves of Change to develop a list of community leaders to be invited to a dinner at the Blue Heaven restaurant private dining room.

Dr. Randle provided an overview of the Waves of Change campaign, followed by Dr. Noel Brown, Director General of the Waves of Change, and Sir Peter Anderson facilitated the meeting that followed.
