Sylvanus has been actively involved in social and development work at both national and international levels. Mr. Murray is the founder and president of  the Advocacy Initiative for Development (AID). Sylvanus holds a BA and an MA in Mass Communications and a long list of UN training certificates. He has been working with the United Nations (UN) since 2002. He's currently working with the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (UNICTR) in Arusha, Tanzania. For over six years, he worked for the UN Peacekeeping Missions in Sierra Leone - United Nations Mission in Sierra Leone (UNAMSIL) and United Nations Integrated Office in Sierra Leone (UNIOSIL) respectively.
